Through our proprietary colending/lending-as-a-service solution, we enlarge opportunities by digitizing and streamlining the discovery to loan management processes, thereby removing the traditional barriers to enable lending at greater scale and ease. Currently, Saison OMNI operates in India and Indonesia. Saison OMNI is a subsidiary of Saison International, the international headquarters of Japan’s Credit Saison, one of the countries’ largest lending conglomerates that is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Saison International is headquartered in Singapore and its key business arms include debt & equity investments, corporate venture capital and technology. Saison International has a presence across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Brazil and Mexico. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Saison Omni. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our financial products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess high agency, strong communication skills, a metrics-oriented mindset, and a sense of ownership. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. ● Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritization. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver innovative financial products. ● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. ● Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. ● Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product progress and performance. ● Take full ownership of the product life cycle, including identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise. **Desired Traits:** ● High Agency: Ability to take initiative and drive projects independently, with minimal supervision. ● Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. ● Metric Orientation: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making. ● Ownership: A proactive and accountable attitude, taking full responsibility for the success of the product. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
