Job details:
The Role: We are a fast-growing funding and credit repair company. Our entire dispute system, 12-month attack flows, and letter templates are 100% built. We do the report breakdowns. We pick the laws. We decide the strategy.
We do NOT need a strategist. We need an Executor.
Your job is strictly "finishing touches." You will take our highly detailed client notes, open the correct template in Credit Repair Cloud, paste in the exact account numbers we give you, attach screenshots, and send it out.
If you want to create your own dispute strategies, use Metro 2, or argue about FCRA laws, do not apply. If you want a straightforward, low-stress role where you just follow literal instructions and push buttons, this is for you.
What You MUST Have:
•Literal Execution Skills: You do exactly what the notes say. If the notes say "Delete Account A," you do not touch Account B. You do not guess. You do not assume.
•Credit Repair Cloud & GoHighLevel Experience: You must know how to navigate these platforms without us holding your hand.
•CFPB & FTC Independence: You must know how to submit CFPB complaints and FTC reports on your own, including your own workaround for submitting without needing the client’s verification code every single time.
•PST Availability: You must be available to work and take live Zoom calls Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). If this is the middle of the night for you and you cannot sustain it, do not apply.
What Will Get You Fired:
•Saying "I understand" when you are actually confused.
•Trying to pick your own dispute flows or change our templates.
•Failing to follow the exact instructions in the client notes.
How to Apply (READ CAREFULLY): Your attention to detail starts right now. To apply, you must complete this exact process. If you miss a step, your application goes in the trash.
1. Your application subject line or first sentence MUST be: "Literal Executor: [Your First and Last Name]"
2. Answer this question: Walk us through how YOU submit a CFPB complaint without needing the client to send you a verification code every time. What specific method or workaround do you use?
3. The Micro-Task: Below is a fake client note and a partially completed letter template. Your only job is to fill in the blanks exactly as the notes instruct. Do not add anything. Do not remove anything. Do not make any decisions. Just read the note and fill in the template.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the following accounts currently reporting on my [BUREAU NAME] credit report. The accounts listed below contain inaccurate information and must be investigated and corrected immediately.
DELETION LIST:
1. Creditor: ______________ | Account Number: ______________ | Action: Delete this account immediately.
2. Creditor: ______________ | Account Number: ______________ | Action: Delete this account immediately.
I have attached screenshots of the above accounts as they appear on my credit report. Sincerely, John Doe
Your answer should show us the completed example letter above with the Deletion List filled in.
There are exactly two accounts that belong in this letter. Including more or fewer means you did not follow the notes.
Final Question: After completing the task above, answer this:
You are working on a client file and one of the notes seems unclear — you are not 100% sure which account to include. What do you do?
There is no trick here. Just tell us exactly what your next step would be.
Growth Opportunity: This role starts with strict execution. But if you prove you are reliable, accurate, and fast, there is room to grow into managing the actual report breakdowns, handling client onboarding, and learning the business funding side of the company. Promotions are based on flawless execution, not time served.
