🎯 POSITION 1: Telesales
Your Mission:
🔹 Drive sales through impactful inbound & outbound calls
🔹 Educate customers on credit products & CIBIL scores
🔹 Present tailored Service Plans to improve customer credit profiles
🔹 Build relationships & understand customer needs
🔹 Achieve sales targets & calling parameters consistently
🔹 Coordinate with operations for seamless customer experience
🎯 POSITION 2: TeleCollection
Your Mission:
🔹 Execute inbound & outbound customer calls with professionalism
🔹 Explain & counsel customers on overdue repayment
🔹 Understand credit concerns & loan/credit card rejection reasons
🔹 Introduce CreditMantri services & credit improvement solutions
🔹 Coordinate with operations on successful resolutions
🔹 Help customers improve credit scores & become loan eligible
What We Need:
✓ Any Graduate with 0-5 years in Sales/Customer Service
✓ Fluent in English & Hindi (Multilingual = Bonus!)
✓ Knowledge of loan and credit products
✓ Target-driven & metrics-oriented
✓ Excellent communication skills
✓ Passion for customer interaction
