Role: Credit Operations Specialist
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Shift: Night Shift starting around 7:30 p.m.
Salary: Up to 9 LPA including monthly variables.
Joining: Immediate / 2 weeks joiners only.
Job Responsibilities:
- Loan Processing & Documentation – Review and validate complex loan documents, ensure audit-ready files, and manage loan closures and Loan Origination.
- Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with Underwriters, Relationship Managers, Legal teams, and clients.
- Portfolio Monitoring – Track loan performance, payments, and overdue accounts,
- Risk & Escalation – Identify discrepancies and escalate as per protocol.
- Compliance & Controls – Ensure adherence to KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in U.S. Commercial Lending / Banking Operations
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Open for working in Shifts
