About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Operations Specialist with experience
in U.S. Commercial Lending / Banking Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing loan processing, ensuring compliance, and supporting end-to-end credit
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate US loan documents prior to submission to underwriters
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of loan files
- Handle pre-underwriting document review for Commercial / SBA loans
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in U.S. Commercial Lending / Banking Operations
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
