Role Description The Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end credit processes for customers in the Piduguralla location in an on-site capacity. This full-time role includes assessing loan applications, analyzing financial and non-financial information, and determining creditworthiness within defined policies and risk frameworks. The role involves monitoring portfolio quality, identifying early warning signals, and recommending corrective actions to minimize credit risk. The Credit Manager will collaborate with business, operations, and collections teams to ensure timely sanctioning, disbursement, and periodic review of accounts. The role also includes preparing credit reports, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, and contributing feedback to improve credit policies for the MSME segment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit to handle end-to-end loan assessment and approval.
- Candidates should possess skills in Credit Risk Management to evaluate and mitigate risks across the customer portfolio.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial statements, cash flows, and business performance data.
- Candidates should possess a sound foundation in Finance to understand lending products, pricing, and regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; professional certifications in credit or risk are an advantage.
- Experience in MSME lending, NBFCs, or retail credit, preferably in semi-urban or rural markets.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work ethically and transparently.
- Comfort with using basic financial software and MS Office tools; familiarity with credit scoring or loan management systems is beneficial.
