Role Description
This full-time, on-site Credit Manager position is based in Noida. The Credit Manager will oversee credit policies, assess creditworthiness of applicants, and manage credit risk exposure. Core responsibilities include analyzing financial data, monitoring loan portfolios, and ensuring adherence to risk management policies. The role requires collaboration with teams to streamline credit approval processes and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management with the ability to develop and implement sound credit policies
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial statements and assess credit reliability
- Solid understanding of Finance and credit-related principles
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in using credit management software and financial analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in credit management or a similar role is preferred
