Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Credit Manager, based in Rajkot. The Credit Manager will assess and process credit applications, conduct financial analysis, evaluate loan risks, and ensure adherence to credit policy guidelines. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring timely disbursements, and assisting in the resolution of any credit-related challenges or disputes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit appraisal, and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience in loan processing and underwriting, especially in segments such as Business Loans, Machinery Loans, Working Capital Loans, or similar products
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client handling and collaboration
- Proficiency in financial software, tools, and report generation
- Ability to maintain knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and credit policies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Postgraduate degree or certification in finance is an advantage)
- Previous experience in the NBFC or banking sector is preferred
