The Credit Karma Intern Program is a 12 week paid internship located in Charlotte, NC. During your internship, you will be placed into a team where you will work on various projects to help Credit Karma fulfill our mission to make financial progress possible for everyone. Interns will have the opportunity to participate in weekly cohort meetings, team outings, events, and engage in discussions with Credit Karma leadership. We have openings across all Engineering teams, including product, security, quality assurance, and web / mobile. As a Credit Karma Software Engineering Intern, you'll be a part of the entire software development life-cycle. You will work side by side with our full-time engineers to make our product more user-friendly and robust for millions of users.
What you’ll do:
Gain hands on experience working on a high impact engineering team
Complete a project from start to finish within 12 weeks
Work cross-functionally with various teams within Credit Karma

Minimum Basic Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
Experience in at least one multifaceted server-side language: TypeScript, Scala, Java, Python, or similar
Familiarity with object-oriented and functional programming principles
