Role Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Credit Counselors to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves assisting clients in understanding and managing their financial situations, providing guidance on debt resolution options, and helping them make informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand their financial concerns and requirements.
- Provide guidance on credit management and debt resolution solutions.
- Educate clients on financial literacy and responsible credit practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and resolution.
- Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication and counseling.
