We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Credit Consultants – Sales. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their education-loan requirements, recommend the best loan options, and coordinate closely with banking partners to ensure smooth and timely loan processing. This is a sales-driven role with a strong focus on customer communication and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students via phone and email to understand their loan requirements and gather all necessary details.
- Explain suitable education loan options based on the student's profile, eligibility, and financial needs.
- Maintain continuous follow-ups with students to drive conversions and ensure faster loan closures.
- Coordinate with banking partners by sharing student details, following up on approvals, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, loan stages, and communication updates in the system.
- Build strong rapport with students and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the loan journey.
- Meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets as part of the sales cycle.
