🚀 Exciting Leadership Opportunity in Banking – Credit Compliance
We are looking for an experienced Credit Compliance professional to join a leading private sector bank and play a key role in strengthening the credit compliance and regulatory framework across lending businesses. This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, risk teams, and regulators while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Review credit proposals placed before the Credit Committee and identify regulatory gaps or discrepancies.
🔹 Evaluate credit policies, procedures, and internal documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
🔹 Lead and mentor a team responsible for maintaining a strong compliance and control framework across business groups.
🔹 Provide advisory support on lending and credit-related matters from a compliance perspective.
🔹 Guide credit monitoring teams on EWS parameters, CRILC reporting, LDS, and other regulatory submissions.
🔹 Support Fraud Monitoring Group on fraud reporting and RFA-related matters.
🔹 Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new guidelines.
🔹 Coordinate with stakeholders during regulatory audits and provide necessary data and insights.
🔹 Address regulatory inspection observations and identify root causes of non-compliance.
🔹 Liaise with regulators for clarifications and collaborate with Risk and Internal Audit teams on compliance matters.
🔹 Conduct testing and monitoring of high-risk credit areas to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
🔹 Drive implementation of new regulatory circulars related to lending and credit.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Qualification: CA / MBA
✔ Experience: Relevant experience in Credit Compliance / Risk / Regulatory functions within Banking
✔ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and banking compliance requirements
✔ Leadership and stakeholder management experience preferred
