🚀 We’re Hiring | Credit Associate / Credit Analyst – Debt Advisory | Misha Capital
Misha Capital is looking for a dynamic and analytical Credit Associate / Credit Analyst to join our Debt Advisory team. This role offers extensive exposure to debt syndication, structured finance, capital raising, and investment banking transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and debt structuring.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial statement reviews, cash flow assessments, and ratio analysis to evaluate borrower creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit appraisal notes, lender presentations, Information Memorandums (IMs), and investment teasers.
• Build and review financial models, projections, and debt servicing assessments.
• Assist in structuring debt transactions, including working capital facilities, term loans, structured debt, and project finance.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support due diligence, documentation, compliance, and deal execution activities.
• Perform industry research, market analysis, and benchmarking to identify financing opportunities.
• Monitor ongoing transactions and ensure timely closure of mandates.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or Qualified / Semi-Qualified CA.
• 3-5 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Debt Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and debt products.
• Prior experience in debt syndication, credit underwriting, risk assessment, or lending will be highly preferred.
Candidate Profile
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Good understanding of debt raising, lending products, and credit evaluation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact confidently with lenders, investors, and corporate clients.
