Key Responsibilities
- Perform credit assessment for Australian home loan applications
- Analyze financial statements, income documents, and credit risks
- Handle self-employed income calculations and complex loan structures
- Review loan applications for compliance with lending guidelines and regulations
- Conduct risk assessment based on Capacity, Capital, Credit, and Collateral
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and stakeholders for smooth processing
- Verify customer identity and supporting documentation accurately
- Ensure loan approvals/declines align with underwriting policies
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment
- Strong expertise in Self-Employed Income Calculation
- Australian Home Loan Underwriting experience
- Knowledge of lending guidelines, compliance, and risk assessment
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving shorter notice periods preferred
