Are you experienced in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment and underwriting?
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Credit Assessors with expertise in Australian home loan underwriting, self-employed income calculations, and complex credit analysis to join a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
📍 Location: Embassy Tech Village (Near Bellandur), Bengaluru
💼 Role: Credit Assessor – Australian Mortgage
🕒 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) | Day Shift
💰 Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assess Australian home loan applications and credit risk
✔ Handle self-employed income calculations and complex loan structures
✔ Review loan documents for compliance and accuracy
✔ Conduct detailed underwriting and fraud analysis
✔ Ensure adherence to lending guidelines and regulatory standards
✔ Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and stakeholders for credit decisions
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Experience in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment / Underwriting
✅ Strong knowledge of self-employed income assessment
✅ Understanding of lending guidelines, compliance, and risk management
✅ Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
