We are looking for experienced professionals in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment / Underwriting to join our growing team.
Location: Embassy Tech Village (Near Bellandur), Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed credit assessment for Australian home loans
- Handle self-employed income calculations and complex credit analysis
- Review loan applications and supporting documents for compliance
- Assess risk based on Capacity, Capital, Credit & Collateral
- Verify customer identity and analyze data for fraud checks
- Review complex loan structures as per lender policies and regulations
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and stakeholders for credit decisions
- Ensure underwriting decisions align with business and compliance standards
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment
- Strong knowledge of Self-Employed Income Calculation
- Experience in Australian home loan underwriting and credit analysis
- Strong understanding of lending guidelines, compliance, and risk assessment
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
- Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods
