🚨 We’re Hiring: Credit Manager

We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to join our fast-growing fintech lending platform InstaPaise.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating borrower creditworthiness, managing underwriting processes, and ensuring a strong and healthy loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate loan applications and assess borrower credit risk
• Develop and implement credit policies and underwriting standards
• Analyze financial data, bank statements, and bureau reports
• Monitor portfolio performance and delinquency trends
• Work closely with operations, risk, and collections teams
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
• 0–6 years of experience in credit underwriting / risk assessment
• Experience in NBFC / fintech / digital lending preferred
• Strong understanding of bureau analysis, income assessment, and risk profiling
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lending environment
