Company Description: Assessors AU was founded on a deep understanding of the Australian mortgage industry and a commitment to providing mortgage brokers with high-quality back-office support. The company is built around delivering skilled, trained para brokers who understand the complexity of mortgage broking, strict aggregator compliance requirements, and the need for accurate data and numbers. Assessors AU focuses on people-first support, prioritizing the expertise and reliability of its team over purely process-driven solutions. This philosophy shapes how the company trains its staff, collaborates with broker partners, and supports their businesses every day. Applicants join a team that values precision, accountability, and long-term relationships with mortgage professionals.
Role Description The Operations Trainee - Para Broker is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. In this position, the trainee supports mortgage brokers with end-to-end back-office processes, including data entry, documentation preparation, and application file management. Daily tasks involve reviewing client information, organizing and verifying documents, ensuring compliance with aggregator and lender requirements, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role also includes coordinating with brokers to clarify details, tracking application status, updating workflow tools, and assisting with reporting and operational tasks. The trainee will receive structured training in Australian mortgage processes, compliance standards, and operational best practices, with opportunities to grow into more advanced para broker responsibilities.
