Role Overview
We are looking for a Credit Associate who will support the credit team in evaluating secured loan cases, analyzing customer profiles, and ensuring smooth processing from credit assessment to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer profiles for secured loans (LAP & Home Loans)
- Conduct credit assessment and risk analysis
- Support in end-to-end loan processing till disbursement
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports
- Verify financial documents, income details, and property-related documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth case processing
- Assist in improving credit quality and decision-making
- Ensure adherence to company credit policies and compliance
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of secured lending (LAP & HL)
- Knowledge of financial analysis & documentation
- Good command of MS Excel / MIS reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in secured loans / credit analysis is an added advantage
