Hiring: Credit Assessor – Australian Mortgage
We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Credit Assessor with strong expertise in Australian Mortgage Underwriting and Credit Assessment.
Location: Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Day Shift
Compensation: ₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform credit assessment and underwriting for Australian home loan applications
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit evaluation
• Handle self-employed income calculations and complex loan structures
• Review financial statements, tax documents, and supporting loan documentation
• Ensure compliance with Australian lending guidelines and regulatory standards
• Conduct fraud checks and customer verification processes
• Assess applications based on Capacity, Capital, Credit, and Collateral
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and stakeholders for credit decisions
• Approve or decline applications in line with underwriting policies and risk frameworks
Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment
• Strong expertise in Self-Employed Income Calculation
• Hands-on experience in Australian Home Loan Underwriting
• Strong understanding of Lending Policies, Compliance, and Risk Assessment
Preferred Skills:
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in high-volume mortgage processing environments
Eligibility:
• Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Commerce preferred)
• Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred
