You’ll work on complex, high-impact challenges at the intersection of LLMs, financial data, and enterprise reporting, helping power a mission-driven platform trusted by leading global organizations.

What You’ll Work On

1. Fine-tuning Large Language Models for enterprise use cases
2. Building RAG pipelines, working with embeddings and vector databases
3. Designing scalable, production-grade Python systems
4. Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design to bring intelligent features to life

What We’re Looking For

1. 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, especially LLM fine-tuning and RAG workflows
2. Strong Python fundamentals, with experience in fast-paced product teams
3. Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Faiss, Pinecone, HuggingFace, etc.
4. Bonus: Background in ESG, financial data, or reporting frameworks
