About the Role
As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering high-performance systems. This position is ideal for someone who is deeply technical, proactive, and collaborative—ready to jump in and make a tangible impact from day one.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, data scientists, and AI engineers, contributing across the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and continuous iteration

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems
  2. Collaborate on building clean and responsive front-end interfaces where needed
  3. Translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code
  4. Lead efforts on data modeling, API design, and performance optimization
  5. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning sessions
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scalability, reliability, and security
  7. Actively contribute to a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and high ownership

Ideal Candidate

  1. 4–6 years of experience in full-stack development
  2. Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup/product environments
  3. Strong proficiency in backend-heavy systems
  4. Hands-on experience with API development, data modeling, and performance tuning
  5. Bonus: Experience with Elixir/Phoenix or interest in functional programming
  6. Passionate about writing clean, testable, and efficient code
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  8. Strong communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with design, data, and AI teams
