Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Credentialing Specialist at My Profit Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes, communicating with healthcare organizations, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks may include reviewing applications for completeness, submitting required information to insurance payers, and ensuring timely follow-ups to meet critical deadlines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Credentialing Processes, Regulatory Compliance, and Health Insurance Standards
- Proficiency in Data Entry, Documentation Management, and Record-Keeping Systems
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organization Skills
- Attention to Detail, Time Management, and Prioritization Abilities
- Experience with software and tools for credentialing or healthcare administration
- Relevant work experience in credentialing or a related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage
