ATC MedSolutions LLP is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our team and support US healthcare providers with accurate, compliant, and timely credentialing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provider enrollment with US payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Initiating and tracking supplier/enrollment applications
• Collecting and organizing provider documents (CAQH, NPIs, licenses)
• Managing re-credentials and re-validations
• Following up with payers and clearinghouses
• Ensuring compliance with payer requirements and timelines
• Maintaining accurate credentialing records and logs
Requirements
• Experience in credentialing or provider enrollment (US healthcare)
• Knowledge of CAQH, NPI & payer enrollment processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability
• Comfortable working in a US healthcare billing support team
