Role Description
The Credentialing Specialist will manage and process credentialing applications and related documents for medical staff and healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include coordinating provider enrollment, verifying qualifications, conducting primary source verifications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. The role requires maintaining accurate credentialing records and ensuring timely renewals of certifications and licenses. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing.
- Experience in Medicare medicade and commercial insurance processes and compliance
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using credentialing software and understanding healthcare regulations
- Familiarity with CAQH and payer-specific requirements is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, healthcare, or related field
