Role Description


  • Manage end-to-end credentialing lifecycle for radiologists across multiple U.S. states, including initial credentialing, recredentialing, and reappointments
  • Coordinate and track multi-state physician licensure, including new applications, renewals, and status monitoring
  • Lead hospital and imaging center privileging processes to ensure timely approvals and go-live readiness
  • Manage Medicare (PECOS), Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments, revalidations, and updates
  • Own CAQH profile setup, maintenance, and timely attestations for all U.S.-based radiologists
  • Perform and document primary source verification for licenses, board certifications, education, training, work history, malpractice, and sanctions
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready provider records across all credentialing systems and tracking tools
  • Track and proactively manage expirables such as licenses, board certifications, DEA, and malpractice coverage
  • Act as the central coordination point between radiologists, hospitals, payers, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively follow up on missing documents, pending approvals, and application bottlenecks to reduce onboarding delays
  • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking credentialing status, approval timelines, payer effective dates, and readiness metrics
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, payer, and regulatory standards across all credentialing activities
  • Support audits and provide complete documentation for internal reviews, client requests, and compliance checks
  • Standardize credentialing workflows, templates, and turnaround timelines to improve operational efficiency
  • Enable fast onboarding of radiologists aligned to client SLAs and coverage requirements service to resolve inquiries related to credentialing.



Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing processes.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies.
  • Knowledge of Medicare compliance and related guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or radiology sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, management, or related field preferred.
