Data Analyst

Job Purpose:
You will own and manage all the Data and MIS requirements that are needed to run/govern day to day operations and performing data analysis for the collection’s org at Prefr
What you will do:
1.Design and implement frameworks to automate and deploy Management Information System (MIS), data integration, and manual operations workflows, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort.
2.Create databases and data marts that are required for performing analysis quickly and efficiently.
3.Work with product and data teams to get the build data pipelines that required for creating required databases/data marts
4.Perform analysis and provided data backed recommendations for solving difficult problems and improving operational efficiency
5.Work along with collections strategy team in getting the recommendations implemented and understanding the improvements because of the recommendations
Will consider if you have these:
1.
Excellent data manipulation skill with proficiency in excel and sql
2.
Ability to create database design and data marts required for required for governing of day-to-day operations and performing analytics
3.
Ability to create monitoring frameworks to understand every step of existing process and suggest improvements
4.
Flexible to extend working hours to deliver the requirements
5.
Ability to do basic root cause analysis and provide recommendations to the stakeholders
6.
Experience of data manipulation in python/pyspark(Nice to have)
7.
Should have experience in working with BI tools such Tableau, PowerBI, Quick sight etc(Nice to have
