Ability to solve problems in a quantitative manner and deliver P&L outcomes

Experience in Fintech/NBFCS/Financial Institutions
Strong attention to detail
Has strong communication skills - is able to articulate complex ideas in a simplified manner
Constantly assess effectiveness of existing collections strategies and recommend new strategies
Innovate and experiment on new data backed strategies to increase collections efficiencies or reduce costs
Work closely with collections operations ensure proper execution of the strategies is happening
Create and maintain dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and early warning systems to support performance management and strategic decision-making.
Own the periodic review with the both internal/external stakeholders to track portfolio performance
Help shape the product design to smoothen the operations processes and using digital channels to increase collection efficiencies
Work closely with credit underwriting team to ensure the feedback loop is closed and learnings are relayed into our credit decisioning strategies
