Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Creator Talent Manager. The Creator Talent Manager will manage day-to-day operations with creators, including relationship building, talent growth, contract negotiation, and aligning creators with brand collaborations. Responsibilities will also involve identifying strategic brand partnerships, managing campaigns, and ensuring timely execution. The role requires regular collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders to devise long-term strategies for creator success and sustainable brand alignments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent management, relationship building, and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaboration strategies
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with creators, brands, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in developing and managing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes
- Ability to work remotely, independently, and as part of a team
- Familiarity with digital content platforms and trends in influencer marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration
- Experience- 1.5 yr to 2 yr
