Creator Relationship Executive
Location : Bangalore(onsite)
Experience : 2-4 years in Talent management
We’re looking for someone who understands creators, internet culture, and social media trends — especially on YouTube and Instagram.
As a Creator Relationship Executive, you’ll be responsible for finding the right creators for the brand, building strong relationships with influencers and talent managers, and managing collaborations from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally keeps up with creators, understands what works online, and enjoys building long-term industry relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Scout and connect with relevant creators and influencers across India
- Build and manage relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies
- Handle outreach, collaboration discussions, and negotiations
- Manage brand collaborations from onboarding to final content delivery
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and campaign execution
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and creator trends
- Ensure the final content is engaging and aligned with the brand
Who You Are
- Active on Instagram and YouTube
- Understand creator culture and social media trends
- Good at communication and relationship management
- Confident in negotiations and coordination
- Organized and execution-focused
- Able to identify upcoming creators and talent early
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in influencer marketing or talent management
- Existing creator or manager connections
- Worked on brand collaborations before
