About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Creator & Presenter to develop engaging content and represent our brand across digital platforms. This role combines storytelling, content creation, on-camera presentation, and audience engagement to help build brand awareness and connect with our community.
The ideal candidate is energetic, trend-aware, comfortable speaking on camera, and capable of turning ideas into compelling content that informs, entertains, and inspires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging video and social media content aligned with brand goals
- Present confidently on camera for reels, short videos, live sessions, interviews, and promotional campaigns
- Research trends, topics, and audience interests to generate fresh content ideas
- Script, plan, and coordinate content shoots
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and personality
- Participate in content planning meetings and campaign brainstorming
- Assist in hosting events, webinars, podcasts, or brand activations when required
- Monitor audience engagement and suggest improvements based on performance insights
- Stay updated with social media trends, creator economy updates, and platform algorithms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong on-camera confidence and personality
- Creativity with storytelling and content ideation
- Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Preferred Credentials:
- Experience as a content creator, presenter, influencer, anchor, or host
- Portfolio or social media presence showcasing previous work
- Familiarity with short-form video trends and audience engagement strategies
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing platforms
Visiting on-site locations: It provides rich content opportunities, photos, videos, and firsthand stories that bring the project to life. Being on the ground helps in creating authentic, compelling content that resonates with audiences.
