Your Mission:
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer campaigns end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for developing campaign strategies, managing influencer partnerships, and delivering measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns for multiple clients across industries.
- Develop influencer strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator networks.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets to ensure value for clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end campaign process - briefing, content approvals, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, social, PR) to ensure integrated campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present insights and optimizations to clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative influencer marketing practices.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of leading influencer campaigns across categories.
- Strong network of influencers, creators, and talent managers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while handling multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and social analytics.
- Creative eye for content and ability to match influencers authentically with brand identities.
