We are looking for highly execution-focused team members who can aggressively scale creator acquisition and outreach operations.
Role Overview
As a Creator Outreach & Lead Automation Executive, your primary responsibility will be identifying creators, reaching out at scale, managing lead pipelines, and converting interested creators into onboarding/demo calls.
This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, understands creator ecosystems, and is comfortable handling large-scale outreach operations daily.
Responsibilities
- Identify creators across:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Moj
- Josh
- ShareChat
- Collect creator contact details including:
- Emails
- Phone numbers
- Social media handles
- Send cold outreach through:
- Email
- Instagram DMs
- WhatsApp
- Use automation tools for:
- Lead generation
- Follow-ups
- CRM updates
- Maintain creator database and outreach pipeline
- Schedule qualified creators for demo/onboarding calls
- Achieve daily outreach and lead conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal creator operations team
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Experience in:
- Outreach
- Lead generation
- Sales
- Creator ecosystem

- Basic understanding of:
- Email automation tools
- CRM systems
- Outreach workflows
- Strong execution mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with creator discovery tools
- Familiarity with influencer marketing ecosystem
- WhatsApp outreach experience
- Knowledge of spreadsheets & CRM tracking
