Cercle is Provn Media's creator management vertical, built for creators who know their worth, mean business, and prefer creativity and strategy over chaos. We're building a cool, closed-knit cercle of creators and helping them grow through thoughtful management, strategic partnerships, and long-term career building. As we continue to expand our roster, we're looking to bring on a Creator Onboarding Associate to help us discover and welcome the next generation of creators into the Cercle.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creator Onboarding Associate located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to creators, introducing them to Cercle, managing the onboarding journey from initial conversation to signed talent, coordinating documentation and contracts, and working closely with the talent management team to ensure a seamless creator experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to both work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Creator Discovery - Great with identifying and sourcing creators across categories
- Creator Outreach - Confident in reaching out to creators and building relationships
- Onboarding - Managing the end-to-end onboarding process including documentation and contracts
- Coordination - Working closely with creators and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Strategic thinking and strong understanding of the creator ecosystem
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Mumbai based
