Talent / Creator Manager
Location: Noida Sector 142 (Work From Office)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Manager to manage creator relationships and execute influencer marketing campaigns from post-deal closure to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for working with creators and brands.
Key Responsibilities
● Execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end after deal closure ● Coordinate between brand requirements and creators to ensure smooth execution ● Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and content submissions ● Review content, coordinate revisions, and ensure final delivery as per the campaign brief ● Build and maintain strong relationships with creators through regular communication ● Guide creators with content suggestions and strategies to help grow their profiles and business ● Maintain and update creator trackers, and share updates with creators on a weekly basis ● Update the internal campaign execution tracker with the latest status of all ongoing campaigns ● Collaborate with Client Servicing, Campaign, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution ● Proactively resolve execution-related issues and ensure high campaign quality
Requirements
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously ● Experience coordinating with influencers, creators, and internal teams ● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace ● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Scope of the Role
● Own creator management and post-sale campaign execution ● Responsible for campaign delivery, creator engagement, and execution tracking ● Not responsible for pitching, deal closure, or business development
