Job details:
💼 Type: Full-Time
🏢 Mode: In-Office, Rajendra Place, New Delhi
⌛ Relevant Years of Experience: 0-2 Years. Experience in sales or BD is a plus, not a requirement. What matters is that you're hungry, you like people, and you can hold a conversation.
💰 Compensation: Modest fixed base + uncapped commission. Read the money section below before you apply. It's the whole point of this role.
📆 Start Date: Immediate
🚀 What You'll Do
KraftedX manages creators, taking care of their growth, their positioning, and their brand deals, and earns a share of what they earn. The model works, and we're scaling it. Your job is to help us grow it: bringing on more creators and landing more brand deals.
- Sign new creators. This is the heart of the role. You'll find creators worth managing, reach out cold, run the conversation, qualify them honestly, and bring the serious ones to the table for a conversation with the founder. You own the top of this funnel.
- Land brand deals. For the creators we already manage, you'll source brands, open the conversation, pitch, negotiate, and push deals toward close.
- Build the Commercial Partnerships engine. Right now there's no system. You build it: how we source leads, a clear checklist for what makes a creator (or a brand) worth our time, a pipeline everyone can see, and a follow-up rhythm that never drops a lead.
- Run deal logistics with the founder. Once a deal is live, someone keeps it on the rails: paperwork, timelines, payments, and the back-and-forth between creator and brand. You work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on closes and deal management.
This is a brand-new seat. Six months in, if you've built the engine well, it grows into real ownership of KraftedX's commercial and talent-management function.
🌪️ What This Actually Looks Like
A normal week: building lists of creators and brands worth chasing, sending outreach that doesn't sound like a template, following up on the ten threads that went quiet, prepping a creator for an intro call with the founder, chasing a brand on a quote, sitting in on a negotiation, and keeping the pipeline honest and up to date.
Some weeks are all pipeline-building. Some are all closing crunch. The deals you start now pay out months from now, so the discipline is doing the unglamorous outreach today for money that lands later.
💰 Let's Talk Money, Honestly
We'll be upfront, because this is the most important thing to understand before you apply.
This is not a salary job. The fixed base is modest. The real money is the commission, and it is uncapped:
- Every creator you sign to KraftedX earns you a bounty.
- Every brand deal you help close earns you an ongoing share of what KraftedX makes on that deal, for as long as it runs.
Sign good creators and close good deals, and you can earn well beyond a normal salary for someone at your stage. Bring in nothing, and you earn the base. That's the deal, and it's the same deal the founder is on. KraftedX earns when its creators earn. So do you.
If a fixed, predictable salary is what you need right now, this honestly isn't the role. If you'd rather be paid for what you actually close, keep reading.
📖 What We Actually Mean By the Things Every JD Says
Every JD uses the same words. Here's what they mean to us.
- Selling something you actually believe in You're not pushing something you don't stand behind. KraftedX only works with people it believes in, creators and clients both, and you carry that standard. The job isn't to "close at any cost." It's to match the right creator with the right opportunity, sit on their side of the table, and be honest when something isn't a fit. The hard part was never the pitch. It's earning trust on both sides.
- High agency You'll spot leads before anyone asks you to chase them. You'll draft outreach before anyone reviews it. You'll notice a brand that's a perfect fit for one of our creators and build the case for why before it becomes a meeting agenda item. High agency here doesn't mean working alone, it means you don't sit on a good idea waiting for permission to act on it. If you need sign-off on everything before you move, the pipeline will die waiting.
- Ownership If a deal you're running goes cold, that's your money on the table, not just a task that didn't get done. Ownership means when a brand goes quiet, you figure out why and come back with a different angle. When a creator you signed isn't getting deals, you ask what's missing. You don't point at the brief, the timeline, or someone else's dropped ball. You own the pipeline, the follow-ups, the closes, and the misses
- Comfort with ambiguity You're building the system and performing inside it at the same time. There's no existing playbook for how we source creators, qualify them, or structure outreach, you're writing it while also hitting the phones. Some weeks you'll chase ten leads and get nothing back. Some deals will go cold for reasons that have nothing to do with you. You won't always know if a creator is worth pursuing until you've already spent time on them. The job is to gather enough context to make a smart bet, move quickly, and adjust when you're wrong, not to wait until everything is clear before acting, because it rarely will be.
- Resilience isn't a personality trait here, it's a job requirement
- This role is fundamentally outbound. Most people you reach out to won't reply. Most deals you open won't close. Most creators you approach will say no, ignore you, or say yes and then go quiet. That's not a sign something is broken, that's what the top of a funnel looks like. The discipline is making the sixth call after five rejections, following up on the thread that's been quiet for two weeks, and not letting a rough day kill your outreach volume for the rest of the week. If rejection resets you quickly, you'll do well here. If it compounds, this will be a hard role.
🌟 The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here
- Genuinely likes talking to people, and is good at it, in person, on a call, or over text.
- Doesn't take rejection personally. Hears "no" five times and still makes the sixth call.
- Relentlessly organized. Leads die when someone forgets to follow up, and you're not that someone.
- Comfortable with money conversations. Quoting, negotiating, holding a number without flinching.
- Curious about AI as a tool. Uses things like Claude to research leads, draft outreach, and summarize calls, and wants to get better at it.
- Wants upside more than safety. "Earn what you close" excites you instead of scaring you.
⚒️ How We Work
- Every decision comes from awareness, never from ignorance. Before you chase a lead, you know why it's worth chasing and what a win looks like.
- Revision isn't failure. The best outreach, the best pitch, the best deal terms take rounds. The final outcome matters, not the first draft.
- Trust, not surveillance. No time tracking, no activity monitoring. We measure outcomes and ask for honesty in return. If a deal is slipping, say so early.
- We only work with people we believe in. That applies to creators, clients, and the team. Values and ethics are a filter, not a footnote.
🏄♂️ Why Join Us?
- Direct access. You work with the founder. Not exposure to leadership, but actual conversations and actual decisions.
- You own the commercial engine. Not a slice of it. You build the system KraftedX uses to grow its creator business.
- Uncapped earnings. Your ceiling is set by what you close, not by a band someone wrote down.
- Early to something big. KraftedX is building an AI-first creator-management business. You help shape what its growth engine looks like.
If you want a defined lane and a guaranteed paycheck, this isn't the right fit. But if you're hungry, you like people, and you want to be paid for what you build, come talk to us.
