• Experience mentoring or teaching school students in creative and academic writing
• Experience providing feedback and editing support to prepare students for writing competitions
• Experience helping students build critical thinking and communication skills through writing
• Experience creating inclusive, supportive learning environments for diverse groups of young students
• Demonstrated long-term commitment to mentoring and developing young students' writing skills
• Experience writing suitable for mentoring students in creative and academic writing (poetry, fiction, essays, reports)
