Role Overview
We’re looking for a *Creative Writer & Strategist* who doesn’t just write — but *thinks, ideates, and creates*.
If you live and breathe social media, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn ideas into engaging content across formats — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-impact social media content* (posts, reels, carousels, scripts, captions)
Write engaging video scripts and short-form storytelling content
Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals
Craft compelling Meta Ad copies that drive clicks and conversions
Blend creativity with strategy to improve engagement and reach
Conduct creative research to stay ahead of trends, formats, and audience behavior
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
Write and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages with SEO best practices
Maintain consistency in brand voice across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in creative content writing / social media writing
Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, scripts, and campaigns
Excellent command of English with strong storytelling and ideation skills
Proven ability to write scroll-stopping hooks and engaging copies
Understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and trends
Experience in writing performance-driven ad copies (Meta preferred)
Basic knowledge of SEO, blogs, and website content writing
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and think both creatively and strategically
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with ed-tech or career-focused brands
Understanding of content funnels and conversion-driven content
Ability to think in visual-first content (reels, short videos, carousels)
