Role Description The Creative WordPress Website Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. In this position, the developer will design, build, and maintain WordPress websites that reflect client branding and business goals. Daily responsibilities include creating custom themes and layouts, configuring plugins, optimizing site performance, and ensuring mobile responsiveness and usability. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences, updating content, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing best practices in SEO and security.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong WordPress development skills, including theme customization, plugin configuration, and responsive UI/UX implementation.
- Candidates should possess front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Candidates should possess skills in website performance optimization, basic SEO implementation, and cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Candidates should possess skills in content management, including updating pages and posts, organizing media, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to test, debug, and maintain secure and stable websites.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, are beneficial.
- Experience working with business-focused or networking platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Ahmedabad are preferred.
