What You'll Do:
- Shoot short-form video content (Reels/Shorts format) for multiple client brands
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute shoots aligned with brand aesthetics
- Set up lighting for indoor video shoots (most of our shoots are indoors)
- Frame and compose shots with strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sensibility
- Build and style simple indoor sets — basic prop/set styling knowledge required
- Work with models to create compelling lifestyle and campaign shoots.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in music, youth culture, and digital storytelling to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the tables.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience shooting short-form video content and reels for brands
- Own your own camera and lens
- Strong understanding of framing, composition, and visual aesthetics
- Hands-on experience with indoor/studio lighting setups
- Basic styling sensibility — able to put together a clean, aesthetic set
- Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team, not just execute briefs solo
- 1-4 years of experience (We have 3 openings)
