About Learning Routes:
Learning Routes is a leading EdTech platform helping students and working professionals choose the right online and distance education programs from premium universities. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Shooter & Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 6 months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary : 25k to 30k
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos for social media, branding, interviews, events, and marketing campaigns
- Edit videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and ads
- Add transitions, captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance content quality
- Coordinate with the marketing and content team to execute creative concepts
- Manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording during shoots
- Ensure timely delivery of video content as per campaign timelines
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Good understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, and audio
- Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content
- Knowledge of social media content trends and storytelling techniques
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film Production, or related field
- Experience in EdTech, digital media, or agency background is a plus
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory
