We are seeking a talented Video Editor with professional experience in editing raw video content end-to-end, alongside a strong understanding of AI video generation tools. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, and paid advertising campaigns, ensuring creative innovation and market-driven strategies.
What This Role Requires
- 3-4+ years of professional video editing experience, handling projects from start to finish (raw footage to final edits)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, Runway, etc.)
- Expertise in editing long-form and short-form videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools
- Strong creative skills with a focus on visual storytelling, motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
- Ability to research market trends and adapt video content accordingly
- Experience creating content that aligns with brand strategies and meets audience engagement goals
- Excellent understanding of video optimization for different platforms and devices
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content from start to finish
- Apply advanced techniques in editing, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions
- Ensure that final videos align with brand messaging and are optimized for various platforms (social media, YouTube, paid campaigns)
2. AI Video Generation
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline video production while maintaining creative control and quality
- Use AI for tasks such as automating video content generation, improving production speed, and testing different video styles
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance the video production workflow
3. Market Trend Research & Content Strategy
- Conduct market research to understand trends and audience preferences
- Adapt video content for long-form (e.g., YouTube videos, webinars) and short-form (e.g., TikToks, Reels, Stories) based on market insights
- Tailor content for different platforms while considering the latest trends in digital media consumption
4. Social Media & Paid Ad Content Creation
- Produce video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging video ads and social media content designed to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Ensure videos are tailored to platform-specific needs (e.g., aspect ratios, video length, call-to-action)
5. Collaboration and Feedback Integration
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to produce videos aligned with campaign objectives
- Take feedback from internal teams and clients to refine video edits and ensure high-quality, relevant content
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of video production
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of hands-on professional video editing experience, editing raw footage to polished final products
- Experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Runway, Pictory) and understanding their role in video production
