🎬 We're Hiring: Creative Video Editor (AI + Motion + Reels)
📍 Ahmedabad | Rajkot, Gujarat · Full-Time
At Crafters Agency (crafters.agency), we build bold brand identities for Web2 & Web3 startups - and now we're expanding into video. We've delivered 124+ projects and we're looking for a video editor who thinks like a designer, edits like a storyteller, and uses AI to ship 10x faster
🎥 What you'll create:
→ Explainer videos for SaaS and Web3 products
→ Reels, shorts & ads for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
→ Motion graphics, kinetic typography, logo animations
→ AI-generated videos using Sora, Runway, Pika, Kling
→ Brand films, founder stories & launch videos
✅ You're the right fit if you:
→ Have 1-4 years of video editing experience
→ Have a strong showreel (mandatory - no reel, no review)
→ Are fluent in Premiere Pro & After Effects
→ Have actually shipped work using AI video tools
→ Bring design thinking - typography, color, composition, rhythm
→ Can turn around reels in hours, not days
→ Think in concepts and ideas, not just clips
→ Communicate clearly and take feedback well
→ Are based in Ahmedabad or Rajkot, Gujarat

→ Refuse to use AI video tools in your workflow
→ Just execute briefs without bringing creative ideas
