Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with experience in editing podcasts and digital content. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging promos, trailers, reels, and short-form content while having a good understanding of the Marathi language to effectively edit Marathi podcast content.
Job Responsibilities:
- Edit podcast episodes into engaging long-form and short-form content for YouTube and social media platforms.
- Create compelling promos, teasers, reels, and highlight videos to maximize audience engagement.
- Identify key moments from podcast episodes and develop high-quality promotional content.
- Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, and basic motion elements while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to deliver creative and timely video assets.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in video editing majorly for podcasts, digital media, YouTube, or OTT platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong storytelling and creative editing skills with the ability to create engaging promotional content.
- Proficiency in Marathi (Reading, Writing and Understanding) is mandatory for editing Marathi podcast content.
- Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is a must.
