Role Description
As a Creative Team Lead at Maditrones, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of creative professionals to develop impactful and innovative projects. You will oversee creative direction, lead branding initiatives, manage art direction in campaigns, and ensure cohesive project execution. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi, Kerala, offering an opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Video production.
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and Project Management
- Deep understanding of Branding strategies and design principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Marketing, Design, or related field preferred
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency is beneficial
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
