Job Title: Video Producer (Performance Marketing)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Producer who can take complete ownership of end-to-end video production for performance marketing, lead generation, brand awareness, and pre-sales campaigns. This role demands a strong blend of creative thinking, production execution, and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into high-performing video assets—delivered at speed, scale, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Ownership
- Take complete ownership of video/ad projects from brief to final delivery
- Understand campaign objectives (performance, lead gen, awareness) and align video output accordingly
- Ensure timely delivery with high production and storytelling standards
2. Pre-Production Planning
- Break down scripts and concepts into actionable production plans
- Plan shoots including location, casting, props, schedules, and crew requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine scripts for video effectiveness
3. Production Execution
- Lead and manage shoots on-ground or remotely
- Direct talent and coordinate with cinematographers to achieve desired visual output
- Ensure efficient use of time, resources, and crew during production
4. Post-Production Supervision
- Work closely with editors and motion designers to shape the final output
- Ensure videos are optimized for performance (hooks, pacing, retention, CTA integration)
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, quality, and messaging
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with:
- Cinematographers
- Production Coordinators
- Editors & Motion Designers
- Marketing & Performance Teams
- Act as the central point of communication across all stakeholders
6. Performance-Driven Content Approach
- Continuously iterate based on performance metrics (CTR, watch time, conversions)
- Bring a content-creator mindset to scale production without compromising quality
- Stay updated with trends in ad creatives, short-form content, and digital storytelling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in video production, preferably in ads or digital content
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and video funnels
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end video production workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong storytelling, visual sense, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Experience in EdTech or D2C performance marketing
- Understanding of platform-specific content (Meta, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of editing/motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience working with high-volume content pipelines
