We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can lead ad strategy, video ad concepts, campaign ideas, and performance creative planning for our D2C perfume brand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands Meta ads, UGC-style videos, hook-based content, consumer psychology, and D2C brand growth.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating high-converting ad ideas, video scripts, campaign concepts, and creative briefs for our performance marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our video editor, graphic designer, content creators, influencer team, and performance marketing team to produce ads that drive sales.
This is not just a content role. We need someone who can think from both sides: brand + performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop fresh ad angles, hooks, and video concepts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Write scripts for UGC ads, founder-led ads, product ads, offer ads, comparison ads, testimonial ads, and problem-solution ads.
- Create detailed creative briefs for video editors, graphic designers, content creators, and influencers.
- Study competitor ads, market trends, and viral content formats to identify new opportunities.
- Work with the performance marketing team to understand ad data such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate, and conversion rate.
- Plan weekly creative testing calendars.
- Identify winning creatives and create multiple variations of them.
- Build campaigns around offers, new launches, bestsellers, tester packs, gifting, long-lasting perfumes, and category education.
- Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand positioning and performance goals.
- Continuously improve ad communication, hooks, CTAs, and storytelling.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creatives, content strategy, or D2C marketing.
- Experience with D2C brands, preferably in beauty, personal care, fashion, grooming, fragrance, skincare, or lifestyle.
- Strong understanding of Meta ads and performance creative testing.
- Good scriptwriting and copywriting skills.
- Ability to convert product benefits into strong consumer-facing ad ideas.
- Understands hooks, retention, scroll-stopping content, and direct-response marketing.
- Can work with editors, creators, designers, and marketers to get creatives executed.
- Strong research mindset and ability to study competitor ads regularly.
