About the RoleWe’re hiring a top-tier Creative Strategist to lead the ideation and direction of high-performing short-form video ads for premium fashion brands.
This is a strategy-first role — not execution-heavy editing. You’ll be responsible for creating concepts that stop the scroll, drive engagement, and convert.
What You’ll Do- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and angles for short-form video ads (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta)
- Write clear creative briefs for editors and content creators
- Identify and leverage trends, formats, and cultural moments in fashion and social media
- Analyze performance data (CTR, hook rate, retention, conversions) to refine creatives
- Continuously test and iterate new ideas to improve ad performance
- Collaborate with editors, media buyers, and brand teams
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC / eCommerce brands (fashion preferred)
- Strong portfolio of high-performing video ad concepts
- Deep understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok) and short-form content
- Exceptional instincts for hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable briefs
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Self-starter with high ownership and taste level aligned with premium brands
Nice to Have- Experience with premium/luxury fashion brands
- Understanding of UGC vs branded content strategies
- Experience working closely with performance marketing teams
