About the Role
NxtJob.ai is scaling through content. We're looking for someone who thinks in stories, moves fast, and builds creative systems - not just individual pieces. You'll own the full creative loop: strategy → copy → production → performance.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute ad creative strategy across platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Write copy that earns attention - ads that feel native, not promotional
Produce 60 - 70 ad creatives/month across formats (static, video scripts, carousels, UGC briefs)
Build and maintain a structured B-roll and asset library for rapid production
Collaborate on shoots - brief talent/crew, guide on-ground execution, ensure brand tone
Iterate creatives based on performance data; kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
Work closely with media buying and growth teams to align creative with targeting strategy
What We're Looking For
2 – 4 years in performance creative, brand content, or growth marketing
Strong copywriting instincts - short-form, long-form, hooks, CTAs
Experience running or guiding video/photo shoots
Ability to analyze ad metrics and translate insights into creative decisions
Comfort operating at high output without sacrificing quality
Bonus: experience in ed-tech, coaching, or direct-response categories
How We Measure Success
Creative output volume: 60–70 assets/month consistently
Ad performance: CTR, hook rate, watch time, CPL trends
B-roll/asset library coverage and reusability
Speed of iteration on underperforming creatives

You treat data as a creative brief. You're equally comfortable in a doc, on a set, and in a spreadsheet. You don't need a big team to move fast.
