Who Are We?
We’re Honeycomb Creative Support, a marcom agency with 17+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, design, and content. Our client list includes Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all—we also run three sister brands:
- Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
- Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
- Mudkart – An eco-construction material supplier.
We’re building a brand-new social media team to handle marketing for our internal brands while also taking on external client projects.
The work split? 70% in-house brands, 30% external clients. The more proficient you get, the more client projects you can take up (Only if you want, that is), expect more external projects coming your way.
What You’ll Be doing:
1. Strategy & Knowing Your Audience
- Go beyond demographics. Get into the why behind what people do, watch, and buy - so you know exactly what to say to them.
- Keep a close eye on competitors and trends. Spot the opportunities where our brand's voice can stand out.
- Make sure everything we write and create feels authentically true to the brand, whether it's a tweet or a TV script.
2. Ideas & Writing That Sells
- Write the words that matter. You are a copywriting expert. You'll craft everything from sharp social captions and compelling ad headlines to resonant brand narratives and persuasive long-form content.
- Know the difference between a clever pun and a solid proposition and when to use each. Your writing will be the engine of our ideas.
- Lead brainstorm sessions that generate great, platform-specific ideas, and then be the one to define the voice and key messages that bring them to life.
3. Making Campaigns Happen
- Turn big ideas into actionable writing and communication plans. Provide clear tone, voice, and messaging guidelines for the team.
- Figure out how to adapt one core idea and message across different channels, ensuring it works for Instagram stories, email newsletters, and OOH ads.
- Work closely with designers and producers to ensure the words and visuals are a perfect, powerful match.
4. Measuring Results & Improving
- Set clear goals for campaigns, then analyze the data to see what copy and messaging are actually driving results.
- Hold debriefs to learn what resonated and what didn't - and use those insights to sharpen your writing.
- Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and body copy to continuously improve performance.
5. Leadership & Teamwork
- Be the strategic voice in the room, linking creative ideas to business goals for marketing, sales, and clients.
- Guide and mentor junior writers. Help them refine their craft and develop a strategic mindset.
- Confidently present and "sell" creative concepts and copy choices, clearly articulating the strategic rationale behind every word.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Required: 2-3 years of experience
- A creative powerhouse who can think on their feet and pitch ideas like a pro.
- A strong grasp of what works across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and beyond.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. (Actually you can break a sweat. We’ll get you a lemonade.)
- An eye for detail and a knack for making things look and feel awesome.
